Hal is a TEDx speaker and creator of the leadership empathy principle the “Black Rock.” As a C-level executive in high growth companies for 20+ years, he has developed a proven path to create cultures of performance, leadership and execution excellence. Hal is a certified partner for the Center for Creative Leadership and received a BA from the University of Utah and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
