The Executive MBA Program holds the prestigious Program Accreditation issued by European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). Cracow School of Business CUE is the official branch campus of Clark University USA, accredited by New England Commision of Higher Education (NECHE).

MBA studies carried out by Cracow School of Business CUE are postgraduate studies according to Polish law, pursuant to Article 160 of the Act of 20 July 2018 Polish Law on higher education and science.

MBA studies carried out by Cracow School of Business CUE prepare to serve as supervisory board member in Polish companies with State Treasury shareholding in accordance with Article 19 of the Polish Act of 16 December 2016 on the principles of state property management.
