The program structure is based on 5 modules. One of them (Personal development) is realized throughout the program within the four other modules, interdisciplinary assignments and projects. Such a design allows the students to explore all interdependencies, relations and connections between processes taking place in the business environment and to develop a holistic understanding of their organization.
Within key knowledge areas, the program develops strategic leadership competence:
- recognition of new trends and challenges in business,
- decision making in condition of uncertainty and change,
- implementing innovations and new business models,
- creating organization’s architecture in the context of digitalization and automatization.
