He also earned a law degree at Jagiellonian University. He has consulted to leading commercial and business education organizations on a wide range of taxation, accounting and investment subjects. He also serves as an Court Expert and works for Polish government institutions. Published and co-authored over twenty research articles. Current research interests focus on tax accounting procedures, efficiency of financial reports disclosures.

Executive Vice President / Chief Executive Officer Seven Hills Foundation

Dr. Kathleen Jordan serves as Executive Vice President / Chief Executive Officer at Seven Hills Foundation. In this role, she oversees the programmatic and clinical aspects of nine Seven Hills Affiliates throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island and leads the Foundation’s strategy of managed care. In addition, she is responsible for quality assurance and program improvement, risk management, Clinical Practice Teams, and the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
 
Kathee has been with Seven Hills since 2003. Prior to her current position, she was Vice President of Advancement from 2006-10. Earlier, she was associated with Boston College and other leading academic and social-services institutions.

In addition to her role at Seven Hills, Kathee is an Adjunct Professor and Capstone Advisor at Clark University, Worcester, where she teaches courses on global health, introduction to health care, and nonprofit management. She speaks frequently on issues related to HIV/AIDS and men at risk, positive behavior supports, and data analytics.
 
Kathee holds a Doctoral Degree in Health Administration from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant; a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Boston College; and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from West Virginia University, Morgantown. Political Director of the ELM-Action Fund

Joe is a passionate leader who has spent his adult life fighting for social justice, equal rights and the public interest. He has more than 25 years of experience in government, electoral politics, issue advocacy, and community service. 

Early in his career Joe worked for community based organizations in New York City, Boston and Worcester on a wide range of issues, including youth development, community organizing and environmental action. Joe also helped lead the campaign finance reform organization Mass Voters for Clean Elections and later served as the Director of the Commonwealth Coalition (today called MassAlliance).

For the last 15 years Joe has worked as an elected official and government leader. Joe served three terms on the Worcester School Committee and in 2009 became the first elected Mayor of Worcester who had not previously served on the City Council. Following his time as Mayor, he served one term on the Worcester City Council. 

Joe has extensive electoral management experience playing a leadership role for more than 20 federal, state and local candidates for public office.  Joe was the campaign Manager for Tim Murray’s successful campaign for Lt. Governor of Massachusetts and has helped elect political leaders in Central Massachusetts and San Diego.  Other notable efforts include working as a Regional GOTV Lead for the campaigns of Hillary Clinton and President Obama in New Hampshire in 2008 as well as helping to coordinate GOTV efforts for the Senate campaigns of Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey in Central Massachusetts

Joe also worked as the District Director for U.S. Rep. Jim McGovern, D-Worcester, where he oversaw the Congressman’s three district offices as well as serving as a liaison to city and town officials. Prior to coming to the Action Fund Joe was the Political and Finance Director for Congressman McGovern Re-Election Committee. 

Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from Fordham University in 1991 and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 2000.

Joe has received more than 30 national, state and local awards from community groups, unions, and charitable organizations. He currently lives in the Main South section of Worcester with his wife Lisa Weinberg, a human rights lawyer, and their two children Wondimu and Wotatwa.

AYSHIA E. STEPHENSON is a playwright, writing instructor and award winning poet. With an MFA in Writing from CalArts and an MA in Sociology; Ayshia uses drama and performance to investigate sexuality, race and gender. Her last play, Venus Hottentot, premiered at Jewel Box Theatre’s Midtown International Theatre Festival in New York City in 2016. She has been published by Boston University Press, Open to Interpretation, A Gathering of the Tribes, TESOL Review, and is forthcoming in Qualitative Inquiry. She is currently a PhD student in Communication at UMass, Amherst.
